RED CROSS

The American Red Cross Service Center is located at Schofield Barracks on Ayers Avenue in Building 750. Office hours for the Red Cross office are Tuesday and Wednesday from 1000-1400. The Red Cross offers food, clothing and financial support for military families as well as natural disaster aid nationwide. The American Red Cross has many volunteer opportunities available. Emergency Communication for Armed Forces and Families

Active duty service members stationed in Hawaii and their immediate family members can call the Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces Centers for help 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our toll-free telephone number is 1-877-272-7337.

Other family members who do not reside in the service members' household, members of the National Guard and Reserves, retirees and civilians may access Red Cross services by calling 808-734-2101, and pressing 5.

To find local Red Cross phone numbers in other states, go to the American Red Cross website at www.redcross.org.

Overseas personnel stationed on military installations should call their base or installation operators or the on-base Red Cross office. Personnel at overseas deployment sites should contact the American Red Cross deployed staff.
